You can help make a difference when you support OLAPF, Wisconsin Center 4 Missing Children & Adults (WCMCA), in its online effort to raise funds to continue their searches for missing children and adults. Operation L.A.P. Foundation, Inc. (OLAPF) is a 501(c)(3) tax exempt national organization and charity.
Founded in 2002 to aid missing persons cases, they are funded entirely by donations and staffed volunteers. OLAPF Founder, John Robins-Wells, has dedicated his life to the plight of missing persons. The focus of the organization is finding the missing through investigation and active search efforts, advocating their cause and supporting the families of the missing. OLAPF/WCMCA has helped 100's of families in what is often the most traumatic and desperate times of their lives.
