Governor Scott Walker Designates Wisconsin Observance

Today Governor Scott Walker Proclaimed November, 2011, as Runaway Prevention month for the State of Wisconsin.  The proclamation urges all residents to assist youth groups to help Wisconsin youth to find healthy alternatives to running through counseling and education.
